We strive to ensure that our products are in pristine condition and as healthful as they can be while still being fun.
Our Nibbly Treats blends, toppers and leaves are 100% Natural - most are even USDA Organic.
All products we make are sourced locally or purchased from wholesalers within the US/Canada as well as the UK. There are no added dyes or additives of any kind.
We LOVE Rosewood Pet products & Oxbow and carry them in our store because we believe in their product as much as we do in ours. We have used Oxbow for years and our Piggies enjoy these products as well.

#1 We are not veterinarians, have no special training and are not specialists of any kind.
All our products have been researched and tried by our own in-house Guinea Pigs.
We are all about quality and ensuring our products are safe.
#2 Most of our products are intended as treats - they are not a whole diet. Please feed treats in moderation.
All Guinea Pigs are different. We do not guarantee that your Guinea Pig will love everything as ours have.
Sometimes it does take a little time for a Guinea Pig to try something new.
Regular orders typically ship within 48 hours of ordering unless it falls on a weekend/holiday.
Subscription Boxes as shipped on a schedule:
Subscription Boxes ordered on the 1st-15th day of the Month, will ship the 16th.
Subscription Boxes ordered on the 16th-31st day of the Month, will ship on the 1st.
Of course if either day fall on a weekend or holiday we will do our best to ship the day before.
Shipping is INCLUDED in our subscription boxes.
Shipping is charged based on weight for other items.

At this time with the current pandemic we have to limit returns.

Opened food items are not returnable.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed
by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
